Our Story

Secret Ghost is a mom’ n pop shop run by baking wizard Brandon Ribeiro and his wife Danielle Fee out of their home in Union, NJ. Brandon’s love for baking started as a child, eating breads and pastries his grandfather brought home from the family’s Cuban bakery in NJ. He went on to study at ICE Culinary Institute’s Pastry School, and has worked in the food industry for 15+ years.
